2020: The Pandemic Response

As an organisation that has worked with the intersecting issues of health, policy, and advocacy, it was nonetheless still a surprise to face the new year with a new challenge: the global COVID-19 pandemic. It was one thing to have already ongoing epidemics affect specific areas or regions throughout the years, but to have an unknown pandemic disrupt the entire planet in a sweeping fast-paced manner was another hurdle altogether.

As everyone was faced with its mysteries while experts have been continually exploring ways to eradicate this new global menace, APCASO also adjusted and coped with the developing scenario whilst continuing their valuable work.
